Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Hey I'm finally back on Deviant oh yea ^^ after a incident involving yaoi(i was caught on my computer looking up yaoi on deviant and consequently I was banned from the computer and could only used it for school work under supervivsion of my parents plus my Ipad was taken up too) and now that school is out (and my parents forgiven me lol) I was allowed total control of my computer UNsupervised and my baby Ipad back at last and please forgive me of my long UNplanned absence from deviant...so good to see you again >w<
